Project Description

The Children’s Health & Environment Partnership of Manitoba is encouraging all schools in Manitoba to participate in Healthy Schools Day 2010. There are many schools already undertaking projects and activites to improve indoor environment quality, connect with the natural environment and build stronger communities. This year, we are collecting stories, photos, hand-drawn pictures and other multi-media content that outlines the successes students, teachers, administrators and parents have achieved in creating their “healthy school”. The content will be combined and added to www.childrensenvironment.ca to showcase success stories and specific actions so that other schools can learn and grow their own initiatives.
